Hi, I'm Natalia!
I'm an expressive arts therapist who believes that creativity can help us understand ourselves, navigate life's challenges, and strengthen our relationships. I work with children, teens, and families to create a space where they feel safe to express themselves, explore emotions, and discover their unique strengths.
My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based, and tailored to each child and family. Through art, movement, storytelling, play, music, and other creative experiences, I meet young people where they are-supporting them as they build emotional awareness, confidence, self-advocacy, and meaningful connections.
I have extensive experience supporting neurodivergent children, as well as children and families navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, separation, and divorce. At the same time, my practice welcomes anyone seeking support, growth, and a space to feel seen and understood.
You don't need to be an artist-or have any artistic experience-to benefit from expressive arts therapy. The focus isn't on creating a finished piece of art, but on the process of exploring, expressing, and making meaning through creativity. Together, we'll follow your child's curiosity and strengths, creating opportunities for healing, self-discovery, and connection along the way.
If you're wondering whether we'd be a good fit, let's connect and talk about your child, your family's hopes, and whether expressive arts therapy feels like the right next step.
